The Wohngenossenschaft Soldaritaet coop building in Berlin, Germany is decorated with an astonishingly large 22,000 square meter mural of people, animals and trees. The mural has been entered into the Guinness Book of World Records for consideration.
Trees were just some of the features painted on the facade of the building, artists working for French-based Citecreation painted the facades of the three buildings with imagery inspired by a nearby zoo, according to Getty Images. The mural was officially inaugurated on August 22.
Allegedly, the Citecreation applied to the Guinness Book of World Records to have its mural be considered as the largest mural on an inhabited building in the world.
