Quick & Easy Smoothie


STRAWBERRY-KIWI SMOOTHIE


2 kiwi
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 container (6 oz) strawberry yogurt

1/2 cup low-fat (1%) milk
2 tablespoons honey

1. Combine kiwi, strawberries, yogurt, milk and honey in blender; blend until smooth.

2. Pour into four glasses. Serve immediately.

Nutritional info: 120 calories, 1g total fat, 0g saturated fat, 5mg cholesterol, 35mg sodium, 27g carbohydrates, 2g fiber, 3g protein.
