TACO SOUP



TACO SOUP
This will certainly warm you up as it starts getting cold out!



1 can of corn - 16oz
1 can of kidney beans - 16 oz

2 cans of diced tomatoes - 14.5oz ea
Garlic & Italian seasoning to taste
2lbs hamburg or ground meat
Taco seasoning -I did to taste. Kept pouring in until it tastes more taco-ey. Used about 3/4 cup. I would do to taste


Put all ingredients in crock pot - my hamburg was frozen and worked perfectly. Stir and cook on low for 5-6 hrs or just until hamburg is fully cooked.

Add a dollop of sour cream if you choose.
