Red Bull Has Released New POV Video Of Felix Baumgartner's Insane Space Jump
By Chris Miles t's been exactly a year since Felix
Baumgartner took the daredevil dive of all daredevil dives when
he jumped out of a shimmering weather balloon 127,852 feet in the air
and reached a top speed of Mach 1.25.
Now Red Bull has released the full POV video of Felix Baumgartner's
jump, alongside multiple camera angles, and mission data. And the video
is amazing.
Baumgartner's bat-shit crazy jump was the stuff of legend. He set the world record for skydiving an estimated 24 mile back down to Earth, reaching an estimated speed of 843.6 mph, or Mach 1.25, and became the first person to break the sound barrier without vehicular power on his descent.
No, you too can experience the full Felix Baumgartner.
