TRAVEL W/ THE LUXURY COLLECTION & ONE KINGS LANE

If you followed along with me on Instagram last week you probably got a great peek into my road trip with The Luxury Collection and One Kings Lane. (There’s lots of time between takes to Instagram). JaimeAndrea, and I had an absolute blast filming for six days and taking in each city — Manchester Village in Vermont, Boston, and New York City (will show the videos when they are ready!).

VERMONT
In Vermont we stayed at The Equinox in Manchester Village, and we were soooooo lucky that we caught the leaves at the perfect time. They were all shades of yellow, orange and red.

LOOK at those leaves! Absolutely stunning! But of course we are editing our photos, tweeting, Instagramming, checking email, etc., between takes.

Pete of Orvis taught us how to fly fish and showed us his handmade fishing lures. He literally goes to the craft store and buys beads and paints them the colors he thinks will attract the fish.
BOSTON
I had never been to Boston (or Vermont!) so it was cool to see a tiny glimpse of each city. We had the best light while shooting in the park across Boston Commons.

Charles Street in Beacon Hill, is full of shopping, and is literally right across from The Liberty. Shopping all of the adorable shops could take days! Just a good reason for me to go back…
NEW YORK
We spent a gorgeous day in Central Park. I’ve never really climbed around in Central Park so it was fun to see it from a different point of view.

We also went to a Broadway show, Pippen, at Music Box. Pippen was like Broadway meets Cirque du Soleil, both of which I’m a fan. I’ve seen a ton of shows, but none in New York so this trip was full of firsts for me!
