Not Your Mama’s Tuna Salad
2 cans Albacore Solid White Tuna (packed in water) drained
4 Tbsp. mayo
1/2 Gala apple (chopped small)
1 stalk of celery (chopped small)
1/2 c.dried cranberries or cherries (chopped small)
Season with pepper
Mix everything together in a bowl, divide into 4 portions serve o
1. a bed of romaine lettuce,
2. or wrap in a tortilla with some lettuce,
3. serve on rice crackers,
4. on good sour dough or wheat bread.
