Banana Bread
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas
First step preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a different bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Then stir in your eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.
You can then, stir banana mixture into your flour mixture and stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until your toothpick comes out clean.
Let the banana bread cool for 5-10 minutes in the pan and then you can transfer to wire rack.
