Oven Seared Brussels Sprouts
Submitted by: LANC92Our favorite way to eat brussels sprouts! The oven sears them to the point where they start to release a sweetness. Yummy!
Ingredients
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Wipe a 9x13 metal pan with olive oil, set aside.
Trim and cut each brussels sprout in half. Put in a large bowl and toss with 1 T olive oil and salt.
Place each brussels sprout in pan, cut side down. Roast uncovered in oven for approximately 20 minutes. Sprouts will be golden color.
2-4 servings, depending on how much you like them. Calculations done for 2 servings.
