1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Honey
1 1/2 tsp. minced Garlic
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
6 Chicken Breasts, thinly sliced
6 pieced of Ham, thinly sliced
6 sliced Swiss Cheese
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard
1 Tbsp. Honey
1/2 Lemon, freshly squeezed
Green Onions (optional)
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together mustard, soy sauce, honey, garlic, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar. Place chicken and this mixture in a zip-lock bag and allow to marinate for 1 hour (and up to overnight).
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Heat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Once heated, brown chicken breasts on both sides. Transfer to a baking dish.
4. Top each chicken breast with ham and a slice of swiss cheese.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 11-14 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the chicken is cooked through.
6. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustards, honey, and lemon juice. Serve chicken topped with mustard sauce and garnish with green onions. Enjoy!
