Great Post Workout Drink

                                            Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup almond milk/soy milk
2 frozen bananas 
2 dates/2 tbsp. raisins
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and ginger

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and ginger.
